She has done MCA from Banasthali Vidyapith and have extensive I.T. experience with Infosys, Mobileum and Mutlel Germany in the Big Data field. Her collection of paintings unfolds her artistic side. A social activist and a nature lover, she loves gardening as well.

An accomplished and assiduous computer science specialist, better known as our technical architect, Dharmendra is an imperative delegate of our organization. He holds B. Tech degree in Computer Science Engineering as well as Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science. He manages and performs all the IT development, implementation, and administrative responsibilities as well as prepares operating and capital budgets, creates strategic goals and convert to easily implemented plans. In his free time, he like to indulge in internet surfing, learning new IT technologies, watching cricket and listening to music.

She possess extensive experience in content development, content management and knowledge management. She is an experienced Learning Developer. She is among the founding members of Add15Years. In Add15Years her role involves writing, editing, designing and publishing the e-books. She takes care of our blogs and all the content we provide in our books goes under her scrutiny before getting published. Her critical approach is in helpful producing the rich quality content. In her free time, she writes poetry.

A self-motivated technocrat in right words, Pragati holds the Engineering Degree in Computer Science from the A.N.A. Group of Institutions, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University (Lucknow) and working in Add15Years as Head of the I.T. Department is enormously supporting us with web development and all the I.T. dept. tasks. Born and brought up in Bareilly (UP), she is an energetic sportsperson too. A Gold Medalist Athlete, she was the Captain of her College’s Cricket Team and won 1st prize in several sporting events. In 2019, she was the recipient of Ms. Engg. Farewell Award for her overall academic, extra-curricular and sports performance, and good behavior. In her free time, she loves to sing and make rangoli.

Prior to joining Add15Years, he possesses 6 years of industrial experience working in MNCs like Whirlpool, Cummins, Rexnord, Hitechesoft as Design Engineer and 1-year experience in assisting a fashion photographer, and freelance graphic designing and image editing. He also has 3 years of experience in running his own business (medical agency). His hobbies include sketching, photography and reading.
